Responsibilities and Goals
Responsibilities of Deer Crest Master Association:
- Safety and Security:
- Provide a safe environment for owners, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor and control vehicle access through gates, allowing only authorized entries.
- Oversee and assist with gatehouse operations.
- Provide relevant information about Deer Crest to homeowners.
- Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Inspect and maintain infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and retaining walls.
- Inspect and maintain roadways, including snow removal and road repair oversight.
- Financial Management:
- Maintain the HOA operating budget.
- Common Areas:
- Maintain common areas, including landscaping and noxious weed control.
- Construction Coordination:
- Coordinate with residential and commercial construction managers.
- Community Engagement:
- Coordinate HOA meetings.
- Facilitate yearly HOA activities to give opportunity for engagement.
- Trails Maintenance:
- Maintain hiking, biking, and ski trails.
- Conduct snowmaking and grooming operations on Deer Crest ski trails, including groomer maintenance.
- Provide Ski Patrol services on Deer Crest ski trails.
- Communication:
- Assist in disbursing information for entrants onto the property.
- Keep homeowners and/or their property managers informed about issues affecting their Deer Crest property.
- Accurately report and log any problems with facilities, areas, guests, or other concerns.
- Service Excellence:
- Provide the best service possible through training and personal skills development.
